Occassionally things go wrong. Sometimes it is a hardware problem, sometimes it is a software issue.
At Data Supplies we are committed to helping our clients to be efficient and productive.

If you want to use the Support Team, then please do the following:

  1.Go to our Support Desk

  2. Click Register (found in the Log In box on the right). This takes a few seconds.

  3. Copy and paste the validation key that we email you into your web browser.

  4. You can now Log In. This is where you will start in future once registered

  5. Submit a Ticket. Please give us as much detail as possible including:
       product name, software version, serial number, your PC operating system
       and any error message you have. (The more information you provide the
       easier and quicker it is to diagnose and fix).

We will answer your ticket as quick as we can. It really is that simple

Alternatively you can search our Knowledge Base to see if someone else has had the same problem before and how it was fixed.
