Having been in business since 1982, and dealing with digital dictation equipment since the mid 1990s, we are well placed to assist with supporting you when it comes to technical issues with digital dictating machines and systems.

We undertake regular training with manufacturers and keep in close contact with the industry to ensure that we are able to deal with problems even before they occur! Because we use the equipment ourselves we often attempt to 'break' them in order to prevent you from doing so.
